Toowoomba

Our friends and their new motor home (truck) with the Rav 4 on behind and the boat goes on top of the car. Pretty god damm flash hey.

Nice straight neat rows, come from satelite navigation in the tractors, near Moree - Goondawindi

Moree

The only water we have seen, Moree had had rain when we arrived that night, the Sunshine Coast received much more.

A new way of managing the cotton - these bales are picked up by a semitrailer and taken to the gin, from the property of Milo - Australian Food and Fibre.

Dubbo

We called in and met Aunty Del's best friends from days gone by, they are a lovely couple with a beautiful garden. They had a caravan business so we asked a few questions, had a nice cuppa and were on our way again.

You can see we really enjoyed the zoo

A beautiful kingfisher sat looking at Trev at the zoo, he was just gorgeous.

Billabng Creek Rest Area

The next day we met another Sensation Traveller van, and spent the night with Val and John from Melbourne at this billabong rest area and a million truckies who drove past 1 a minute all night long.

Murrumbidgee River

Our camp site, the river is here somewhere we didn't find it but stayed the night 'camped out'. We were worried that if it rained we may have been 'camping out' for months!!

Alpine National Park

Falls Creek ski field is up there, we did see snow right up high on this trip, from Albury to Bright via Myrtleford and back up to Albury past Mt Beauty.

Bright

The colours of the leaves were just gorgeous, the little town called Bright was full of lots of interesting shops including a cute patchwork shop.

Another breakfast shot.

Wodonga

Mother's Day - Trev cooked a delicious breakfast and the kids sent beautiful pressies thanks Bec, Katie and Jamie and of course Trev who gave me a bottle of Echuca muscat and chocolates - yum

The dam wall.

Lake Hume Albury

Lake Hume had very low level but at the same time was a very big dam and very pretty.

Victoria

On minute we are in NSW and then the next we are back in Vic, I'm so confused!

Nsw started building this bridge on their side and Vic started building this bridge on their side and each had different ideas, heights and materials and hence this curved strange bridge!

Yarrawonga

Lake Mulwala - We are standing in Vic but over the bridge in Nsw, this lake is to be drained later this winter, to try to kill the weed that is overtaking things.

Ballarat

The dry lake in Ballarat -Its hard to believe that the Olympic Rowing was held here (many years agoall in the lake). Its very sad that there is no water at all in the lake.
