Black Bull Siding - Overlander Train from Normanton to Croydon passes through ths siding. There is free camping here also - we stopped for morning tea .

Mataranka


This is the homesstead reconstructed for the film "We of the Never Never" at Mataranka where we stayedat the hot springs. Really nice springs really smelly bats.

A beautiful swimming spot at Jim Jim Falls, there was no waterfall but hey it was all the pool!

A beautiful walk for the first part into the falls but then it was a climb over huge boulders at 2.30pm and 40 degs but at the end was great swimming hole
